Honored Artist of Russia Elizaveta Boyarskaya plans to meet with relatives in Uzbekistan and watch Uzbek cinema. This she said, commenting on her arrival at the XV Tashkent International Film Festival "Pearl of the Silk Road".
"We came with my mother, Larisa Luppian, she is from Tashkent. We saw in the lobby of Uzbekfilm photographs from the movie 'You are not an orphan', which she took part in shooting. It was nice to visit her homeland. We have relatives living here, we will meet them," Boyarskaya said.
The actress emphasized the importance of coming to the capital of Uzbekistan.
"To be in Tashkent is very important for us. It is also great that there is an opportunity to communicate with colleagues from all corners of the world. To see films produced by different countries, including Uzbekistan, which, I admit, I haven't seen for a long time. It is interesting. Wonderful artists, amazing filming, you can judge this from the work on the movie "Bakhodir Yalangtush". I hope I will be able not only to participate in business events, but also to watch the movie," Boyarskaya said.
On October 1, the honored artist of the Russian Federation held a master class for young people.
