Guests and participants continue to share their impressions of the XV Tashkent International Film Festival "Pearl of the Silk Road".
- This is a very good festival and an important one, because it brings together and presents to the audience not only films, but also meetings with directors and actors, and the opportunity to ask them questions," says (Csaba Kael) Hungarian film director and general director of Müpa Budapes. - The film festival is also a good platform for negotiations and cooperation. Unfortunately, for the European film market it is very difficult to find films from Asia, and for people from this region it is not always possible to find out about European films. I have not been able to see any Uzbek films yet, but I would very much like to do so, and I also plan to catch some Hungarian films. This is my first trip to Uzbekistan. This year we have films from Hungary. One historical film about a soldier is "Hadik", there is also "Toldi", a wonderful drama set in the 19th century. It is a great movie with a special animation technique, interesting and modern.
