The Tashkent International Film Festival "Masterpiece of the Silk Road", revived on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, will be held in Tashkent and Samarkand from September 29 to October 2 this year. The main events of the film festival are planned to be held in the capital.
The program of the film festival includes such events as master classes, exclusive film screenings, World Cinema Days in cinemas, a film festival of the EU countries, a competition for young directors "Cinema in 5 days".
In addition, a working group of the film festival is working in the new cinema "Renaissance", which is organizing this great event. Also, films are selected to be shown in the cinemas of the festival continues.
