At the event took part professional teachers of the institute

Within the framework of the Tashkent International Film Festival, the opening ceremony of the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography was held. The deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.Abduhakimov, deputy Minister of culture of the Russian Federation O.Yarilova, General director of the Cinematography agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan F. Abdukhalikov, rector of ARSIC  S.Malishev, director of "Rosskino" E.Markova and A. Hamrayev took part.

The famous director Ali Hamrayev said: "First of all, I express my gratitude to the leaders of the two countries. At the opening of the ARSIC branch of Uzbekistan, the head of state thought only about the future of youth and cinematography. These film festivals are necessary for young people, because the prosperity of the future is on their hands,” he said.

After the cutting of the honorable tapes, the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography reviewed the conditions created for students, educational laboratories, new material and technical base from abroad.
