Since childhood, Xiaolin has been a source of trouble for her mother, and she did not study well at school, either. To give her parent at least one reason for pride, the girl forges a certificate of admission to the university, but at a family party the deception is revealed, and now all relatives and friends know about her shame. On their way home, she and her mother get into an accident, and soon Xiaolin mysteriously moves to the year of 1981 – the time when her parents were young and she was not born yet. Finding her relatives young and full of energy, she decides to change her mother’s life for the better.
