Tolik is the head of a large family who is trying to build a life in a big metropolis and to feed his family. For many years now, he has continued to work as a courier in an ordinary company, while having a very small income. Stuck in the position of a simple worker with no prospect of promotion, he is forced to live in debt, making loans again and again. But at the same time, he has high hopes for his daughter Saule. One day, returning home after work, the family suddenly finds out about Saule’s pregnancy. This news ruins rosy plans for the daughter’s future. Trying to solve the situation, Tolik gets involved in a series of difficulties and adventures that lead him to completely unexpected consequences
